We collect information you choose to provide through enquiries, applications, school forms, donations, and other communications. Depending on the service, this can include contact information, student and family details, information needed to assess an application, and documents you submit.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, manage admissions and enrolment, deliver Academy programs and services, communicate with families, process requests, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal or safeguarding responsibilities.
The Al-Itqaan application form is provided through QuickSchools. Information submitted through that form is also subject to QuickSchools’ privacy practices. We may use carefully selected service providers to operate forms, email, authentication, hosting, payments, or other website functions. They receive information only as needed to provide their service.
When you visit the site, technical information such as your browser, device, IP address, and pages visited may be processed by our hosting and security providers. Pages with YouTube videos, Google Maps, or other embedded services may allow those providers to collect information under their own policies. We do not control their practices.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Access is limited to people who need it for their role. We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here, to meet our operational requirements, or where the law requires it.
You may contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, withdraw consent where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate Academy responsibilities.
For a privacy question, access request, correction request, or complaint, email the Academy office with “Privacy” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request about personal information.
