Overview
Why this program.
The Hifz program is the heart of Madaniyya Academy. Every day, students spend their mornings with the Qur'an — memorizing, reviewing, and being shaped by it — before turning to a full academic curriculum in the afternoon.
The pace is patient. The environment is calm. Boys graduate not only as huffāẓ, but as young men who can carry themselves in a classroom, a workplace, and a masjid with equal confidence.

Two teachers per student, functionally
A hifz teacher for the Qur'an and dedicated academic teachers for literacy, numeracy, and the sciences.

Sabaq, sabaqi and manzil built into every day — the mechanism that turns memorization into retention.

Sabqi — recent revision
Recently memorized passages are revisited frequently so that new learning becomes secure before the student moves further ahead.

Manzil — long-term revision
Previously memorized sections remain part of the daily routine, building the disciplined revision habit required of a hafiz.

Tajweed and listening
Individual listening sessions and direct Tajweed instruction strengthen pronunciation, fluency, confidence, and beautiful recitation.

Students continue their academic growth through Ontario curriculum subjects alongside their Qur'anic studies.

Adab, sincerity, respect, responsibility, daily salah, and spiritual reminders help students live the values they are memorizing.

Daily checks, weekly evaluations, revision testing, Tajweed assessments, and parent updates help teachers and families support each student together.
